Looking for input from people with either a sense of what the Farcaster art community likes to participate in, or from those who have managed communities and run contests on Farcaster.

1. longevity - the contest will be followed by another 
2. funding - contests or grants programs take time, whats the runway
3. judges - taste matters, having people bought in who can have opinions and help push people to make cooler stuff
4. distribution - support from people or channels with active audiences, outcomes that are positive for anyone who participates
5. reward - meaningful benefits for people who share work that is excellent
