looking for recommendations for... 1. a better keyboard. I use am Apple Magic Keyboard, full size with Numeric Keypad and recently have developed more wrist, hand and forearm pain, looking for anything better suited what is basically a full time desk job 2. good exercises for the same issues. I swim and do some basic free weight stuff + pushups. lots of obvious info online, but any recs from personal experience? do I need to start lifting heaps? how can I make it so I can copy-paste smart contracts and angry-cast in /politics all day long without feeling like I'm getting really old

I was in the same position as you and tried to go for the full on ergo keyboards, tried a lot from splits to weird raised ones (I liked the Microsoft Sculpt the best). In the end I settled on getting a nicer keyboard in the form of a Logitech MX mechanical, and compared to the ultra flat apple keyboard that made a word of difference. Combined with a ergonomically shaped LIFT mouse and I’very been happy since.
