an insole brand randomly dmd me this on insta yesterday

i haven’t posted on there in months and only you guys know about my current situation

at first i didn’t think it was legit

but then saw i usain bolt on their page he is a shareholder in the company apparently and used insoles to prevent injury

so maybe they will change my life and get me to the olympics 

anyway i will keep you posted 

has anyone heard of this brand or tried insoles before?

far from being an athlete so not sure if helpful, but i've used custom insoles since i was 18. the difference i feel in walking/hiking with and without them is huge. i wear my brooks shoes with the custom insoles everywhere bc id be in pain later if i decide to wear something "nice". dates too, lol. 😅
