This research states that consuming yogurt or kefir (Lactobacillus acidophilus and L. plantarum) can help to reduce 70-80% of BPA’s in the body. The oxidative damage from microplastics can be absorbed and removed from tissue. This strand (L. Ruteri) found in fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, etc. completely degrades BPA’s. @ted post about all the plastics in our food is still giving me nightmares. This is a little ray of sunshine.
