4 months after coming off of a 21 day fast, I am still seeing changes in my HRV and avg HR. The human body is an incredible thing. 🧍♂️

What did you consume during the 21 days?

First few days I had some bone broth but after that only water and coffee. it isn’t in perfect order but I posted/vlogged each day on X and can be found here: https://x.com/artward3n/status/1744070444993396783?s=61&t=rm2x3np9Chuh-yuhW3xQEA

Sounds intense. Do you think 3 weeks might have diminishing returns compared to something like 3 - 5 days? Do you think you will do it again?

I think there are definitely increased benefits past 3-5 days, particularly since I didn’t really break over into the “easy” part until after day 9 and there were indicators all along showing benefits. Will I do it again? I’d like to think so but it is a big challenge and would be some years at least.

I've not really done more than 16/8, which I kind of naturally land on at points in my life. I think I've only done 24h as a result of being sick.

What I found when talking to people is that many didn’t even know a long fast like 21 days is even possible. I did my first week long fast over 20 years ago so various lengths have been part of my practice for a long time. And I’m usually a 16/8 by nature.
