I’ve been off it for a few months. Much steadier, wake easier, substituted my morning exercise for coffee. And I am consistently productive while off it. Total win

Congratulations 🎉 I read that coffee permanently alters the brain. Even after detox. Don’t remember the source though. But what about the health benefits? From all the addictions out there wouldn’t coffee be the one to worry about least ? (Asking for a friend) 😅

Maybe green tea and dark chocolate does not hurt sleep goals (If taken earlier in the day) It would be great to experiment actually after full detox

Do you actually feel measurable effects? I never felt them no matter if I drink a few coffees per day or I stop any caffeine intake for a couple of days.
