Discussing sleep issues and potential remedies should be considered completely socially acceptable in the workplace. A team that is sleep-deprived will significantly underperform compared to a well-rested team.

Good sleep is essential for every aspect of life. Work is so much better with a well rested mind. We should all prioritize it

If you speak up and are consequently labeled as lazy or something to that effect, is that a signal the team will be toxic in other ways and one should consider parting ways & finding a better work environment or should would you in that scenario tempt to change the work culture to enhance team performance?
