How did you measure 8sleep impact? Is it worth it? Which VNS device did you got?

I use Eight Sleep during summer to cool my bed, but I don't keep it active during the night due to the unbearable noise (YMMV, many people can tolerate it, but I can't). For VNS, I use Nurosym.

> night due to the unbearable noise Exactly why I've skipped. They claim they silenced it next generations. Which year model you have? Did you measured HRV changes with Nurosym? I'm testing Sensate and apparently for evening sessions it does something.
