Started with a personal trainer as I needed some external motivation to drag my ass into a gym and work out the funky muscle imbalances Iโ€™ve developed from years of cycling and sitting. Starting with ten sessions because they arenโ€™t cheap. Would appreciate your tips for maximizing value! ๐Ÿ’ช

Rent a locker and put something precious in it, you might not check it every day, but you'll be definitely checking it at least 4 times a week, then do some exercises in between.
