Started with a personal trainer as I needed some external motivation to drag my ass into a gym and work out the funky muscle imbalances Iโve developed from years of cycling and sitting. Starting with ten sessions because they arenโt cheap. Would appreciate your tips for maximizing value! ๐ช

Rent a locker and put something precious in it, you might not check it every day, but you'll be definitely checking it at least 4 times a week, then do some exercises in between.
