Biggest change I need to make for myself is I kind of stopped reading books this past year since starting a company. But I've realized that reading long form has given me some of my biggest source of inspiration and new ideas/perspectives so not something I should be trading off

Definitely feel this. All the things that need to happen and staying on top of the technological advances this year took a toll on my reading agenda.
