Biggest change I need to make for myself is I kind of stopped reading books this past year since starting a company. But I've realized that reading long form has given me some of my biggest source of inspiration and new ideas/perspectives so not something I should be trading off

The company phenomenon. 1.5 years of it changed my personality. I think to become executional requires so much effort and trade off. I realised the efficient, strategic thinking, how much I traded for my playfulness, idling and creativity. i am inspired to bring back in. ✨️

I’m so glad I’m not alone. Though it sounds like you figured it out much faster than I did. To piggyback on your statement, My ability to creatively problem solve has diminished as well.
