Could you please give an example about the culture? What or how exactly it could be done better?

I've got 10k degen staked. I get 250 per day which the no used remainder is distributed to accounts I specify. I've done the math it's like a 10 to 20 dollar sub fee I'm gladly handing out to channel mods I choose.
