As the raging cryptobros from crypto twitter stampede into Farcaster, my defense mechanism is to simply only follow people who have proven to have basic decency and any personality beyond rampant bag shilling over a sufficiently long term Might end up following like 20 more people, whatever it takes to retain sanity

I’m also getting more deliberate over my follow decisions. Ended up doing some spring cleaning yesterday, and unfollowed a few 100s of folks. With the new token incentives to recast mindlessly, my feed was being flooded with spam from people I don’t even follow. I’ve also muted a record number of “follback”.
