Censorship resistance requires privacy.

In the running:

1. Fleek's non-free tier. They promise they will have crypto payments available before shutting down the free tier. It remains to be seen whether they will require KYC on that.

Staying with Fleek is probably the laziest option, but doesn't meet any of the bonus requirements.

Looks great! Probably the only option that pioneered the approach of using a service worker to verify CID hashes.
Cons:
- Pricing model still unclear
- Earthfast homepage doesn't load at all in my Firefox browser (the service worker violates CSP for some reason)

Orbiter

Fleek is moving to free trials and eliminating the free plan. If you’re hosting a website on IPFS through Fleek, you can move to Orbiter for free.

Would prefer to be able to log in with a Safe wallet or similar, but OK fine.
Unclear if it does DNSLink or browser-side CID verification.

Other than that, looks like a great option.

The more DIY of the approaches listed here, which I like.
Biggest drawback is requiring gas payments on push, so must keep hot wallet keys with access to the ENS domain in GitHub CI, which is unfortunate.
Client-side CID verification would also have to be DIY

What I'd love to see: A static, never-changing minimal index page that installs a service worker script with SRI (subresource integrity) to make its JavaScript code immutable, and DNSLink to ensure the immutability of this index page.

The service worker can then contact some endpoint to download & verify light-client-style proofs that
(1) The site's ENS domain name points to an Orbiter-type offchain ENS resolver.
(2) The IPCM contract for this domain resolves to some IPFS CID.

Then the service worker can then download the contents of that IPFS CID and serve the actual index page and its contents verifiably.
