Base, Polygon, etc aren't scaling. They're centralized databases (worse than Solana). It's OK to use them but they're databases. Arbitrum a bit better.

Aggregating TPS from all the L2s unfortunately can't be called scaling ๐โโ๏ธ A good example of why this is flawed was claiming my /layerzero airdrop a few weeks ago. Arbitrum was congested. I couldn't use Base, Ethereum or any other L2 to claim.
