yesterday I created an mvp mini app for @trendcoins to enter base builder quest 4 trendcoins.replit.app trendcoins takes trending google searches and automatically ✅ coins them ✅ casts them ✅ puts them into a dedicated miniapp where you can check out the actual news and trending search behind the coin trendcoins itself is a somewhat satirical an art project — i don't think it will be the source of the next 1000x memecoin — but i think automated content pipelines like this are very useful to creators take one thing — a trending google search, a podcast episode, a video, a blog post — and instantly create supporting materials for it like social posts and coins i want to keep exploring in this direction and want to encourage others too as well, so the entire trendcoins repl has been made public https://replit.com/@katherinechampa/Trendcoins?v=1#README.md feel free to ask me any questions at all about it if you want to make your own miniapp and autocoiner 🫶

I have “surreal” explicitly in my image creation prompt and the things it spits out are genuinely so good lmao Genuinely delightful spins on the news of the day The drawback is of asking for vivid, surreal (aka memorable and sticky) is that it ups the risk of OAI safety rejection when you send through the prompt I played with this all a bit before turning toward the mini app yday and ultimately decided I can’t nerf the prompt 🥲 There are things I can do to improve reliability regardless but just didn’t so I could get the mini app out
