Do you feel like the experience is good in groups. I agree with the sentiment in one on one convos. But group convos are a nightmare for me.

The obvious one: other people are on it. As dwr’s pointed out, partly because it’s the only large messenger that doesn’t require a phone number (signal, whastapp) or full social account (fb messenger)

It’s also just a great product tbh. Solid apps on all platforms, nice message reaction options, great bot supp

It’s also a popular channel for pirated content apparently.

Allows anonymity and multiple usernames.
Very easy bot system and super friendly interface, support for groups and channels, fills the lack of rss and twitter feed.
