People in your 30s: how is it? What is different (better/worse) than your 20s?

My 30s are coming to a close in the next few months and I can unequivocally tell you it was the best decade of my life so far. I had kids in my 20s but they became little people in my 30s and absolutely changed my perspective. Work solidified and I’m excited to spend my 40s amplifying that. 30s we’re better.
