Threads and Bluesky have made Twitter completely irrelevant. Those still there are there for political alignment or because they want to hold on to something that used to be, like the guy still talking about high school football while at a bar in his 40s.

X has just sheer attention now

especially since meta wants to be in entertainment, not news

I think Bluesky will move back to the center relatively quickly. Threads is interesting because it’s orders of magnitude larger and still maintains its original left lean.
