I fully believe that the idea that SSR is better for SEO is entirely propaganda pushed by Vercel and other cloud platforms that want you to run everything on expensive servers. 

It’s not difficult to get 100s across the board with a Vite + React client side app.

This is why these SSR companies want to lock you in.

SSR has been the norm since the 90s. CSR is the new kid on the block.

SEO for single page apps can be solved without SSR. 100% a cash grab and makes developer experience worse imo.
