What would have been the implications for automation of such a business that has run manually for so long? I mean, asides the other red flags you spotted during your due diligence. 

And are you considering building a MoR business from ground up?

Yeah I think the automation infrastructure could get expensive to set up. And then VC money of course can be used to accelerate growth
