Are you suggesting that folks wading across the Rio Grande river are out bidding couples bidding on houses?   I doubt it, but even if they are a working free market should increase supply to meet demand.  

Bigger factors are nimby’s who have a vested interest in constraining supply to inflate the price of their homes and institutional buyers scooping up residential real estate as a place to park capitol in an separate asset class from stocks and bonds.

The Harris plan to address red tape blocking building will do more to address the root issues than mass deportations.
