Why there were no political philosophy and theology elements in the techno-optimist manifesto? isn't stagnation to some level a political philosophy and theology problem?

I get the opposite question too ("why is there so much..."). 🙂 I tried to make it as big tent as possible while still being true to its core ideas. I agree with your second point 100%.
