Lots of places don’t.. I’d guess less than 1% of people use Apple Pay

wow thats crazy to me! i would say less than 1% don’t accept apple pay in the UK i haven’t used my physical card in a shop for ages

apple pay is in like 85-90% of US retailers depending on whose data you look at sorry I feel like an “acckkashually” redditor chiming in on this but recently went down a rabbit hole when I went to a Home Depot and couldn’t fathom why they didn’t take tap to pay 🤓 just a few big co holdouts trying to keep their costs down and/or compete in payment tech

Wut about like all payments.. that’s what was intended here cause @afrochicks doesn’t bring a credit card So like table service, the farmers market, a taxi idk.. lmao I wouldn’t feel gud leaving without my card rn

yeah I mean i’d consider all those retailers so if you believe the data the vast majorly let you tap. anecdotally I almost never take a physical card out, farmers market included
