Users without the power badge, don’t like priority mode and want more visibility to users with priority mode turned on.

Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

Solve for X.

1. Show # of message requests / interactions from non-power users, since I forget to check non-priority filter. Don't do push notif. See Twitter's inbox screenshot

2. Segment non-power users into new/up-and-coming users vs. chronic spammers. Filter out chronic spammers for banner/badge above

Can you put a number badge next to these tabs? I didn't even see these tabs until I saw your cast

I'm saying add a denylist. Powerbadge = allowlist. Easier to determine who's a chronic spammer then expand power badge. Still hard to determine what's a new account. But it gets you closer, and makes sybil more expensive.

1. We already show you unfiltered on Mentions tab, few people click through  though.

2. How do you determine spammers? Why won't spammers just create new accounts if they know new accounts get past the filter?
