Yeah, day-2 for me was the most unpleasant, then it settled back to a background hum of hunger, not terrible at all. My body, howevber, is keeping a standing reminder going that stuffing some calories into my face should not be neglected.

I envy your ability to forget food entirely Matthew! 🍔 🫠

after about 40 hrs I completely forgot about what food is, but i never made it past 72 hrs altogether
