I really, really hope this stands the test of time. We need more "can't be evil" companies.

Is this different from a nonprofit corporation? it’s fine to say that you don’t want to be beholden to shareholders, but if competing in the market, they are still subject to the same fundamental forces. I care more about novel arrangements more than I do about individuals claiming moral superiority.
