This (and so much more in the current hubub) is so totally fascinating. Tradition. Meditation lineages that don’t change (but work) have safe proven stability. BUT they don’t change and the world does. The frothy messy intersection in the emerging NOW is fascinating. Appreciate your window in on it Christin

It’s cool that you bring this up bc for the longest time I didn’t agree with Nick about his approach to meditation (sort of e/acc—aimed at improving protocols) whereas I was very staunchly traditionalist—let’s look into the suttas and figure out what the OG Buddha said I’ve since revised and agree with him
