TON mini apps visually feel more sleek than farcaster's apps. Hard to put into words, but there was just something "je ne sais pas quoi". Went to look at what mini apps they had and was disappointed at the use cases. No diversity yet. Maybe it's time to compare farcaster with telegram and drop twitter, as the old man who tries to hang out with the young crowd forgetting that times change and he's now not cool

Agreed. Interesting to think about what you're "feeling" that is not readily capturable in words. Is TON rendering it's mini-apps within a browser/web-view? Or is it a native thing?

It's a native thing that works on mobile but not browser. It felt quicker/cleaner. You could also go bot --> open app. Talking to the bot and using the bot's app was one experience, merging the feed with the apps.
