7am ish wake up Feed cat Guitar 30 ish min In office by 9 ish Cast + watch/study content/creators til 10 10-12 finish unfinished work + write if I can 12-1 plan week 1-10 casting and personal time

I'm taking inspiration from your "Guitar" entry, I would benefit from getting musical expression back into my system ๐ซ๐ง . being vs doing ( creative tension ) Does the social-media activity fill you up, of deplete you? This I'm really sensing into at the moment. Damn, I love beautiful disciplined people!

So content actually brings me a lot of joy - I just love the craft of entertainment. Music is like a dual tactile + mental meditation, especially since Iโve done it for so long. Itโs like sitting with an old friend that somehow always challenges what you thought you knew.
