I usually spend Sunday mornings refusing to get out of bed, and Sunday afternoons refusing to acknowledge the reality of having to work the next day. I’m not nailing it at all.

I gave up on prep when we jumped from 1 kid to 3 (twins!), so now I weaponize my ADHD to support doing everything or nothing

If I feel like I need a stronger reset, I shutdown my phone Sunday evening until Monday morning. Nothing is better than clean and wondering mind.

what I did today (and I try to apply it every Sunday) is to make sure all dishes are clean, some more cleaning, apply humidifier for a nicer smell, do the meal prep for office day (I just go once a week) and prepare my everything 🤣 for office day too IYKYK, nothing better than a clean house/apartment/anything 🌝

Trying myself to be better on this. I usually, later at night, (after getting kids to bed and walking the dog) to read about stoicism, prep the week (specially blocking my agenda). But with kids it's just luck. It depends a lot if they are having a good or bad day.

Make a dinner menu. Even if it’s just frozen pizza & grilled cheese. -Don’t have to dig around to find what’s for dinner. -You’re more likely to enjoy a preset meal ‘paradox of choice’. -Generally you pick healthier when your planing. -Stack more $ETH with all the money you save from not eating out.

Most Sundays I don’t plan to do shit, I do whatever, however, whenever. All that said, the last 8 months I’ve been working 7 days a week and too many hours so the past 2 Sunday’s have involved sitting around, a workout or two, and either a flight or a swim

Used to do something consistently regularly. Now I just do whatever the family tells me to do on Sunday. I think it’s become very effective.
