1. EQIX - This is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that is concentrated with data centers. This is a bet that we will need more data centers to power investing in AI 2. XOM - Exxon Mobil. Accelerating AI will require more energy output. While there aren't a ton of publicly traded nuclear energy plays, Exxon's laid out its plan to be a low carbon intensity natural gas provider for data centers. 2a. ETR - Entergy. Slightly more risk on play to Exxon is Entergy, who's signed a deal with Meta to build out their next data center powered by natural gas plants in Louisiana 3. TSMC - Taiwan Semiconductor. Typically people think of NVDA for their GPU's that power the majority of AI workloads, but they only design the chips. Taiwan Semi focuses on the scale production of them. As the focus for AI moves from big integrated data centers to train bigger models to edge devices (laptops and phones) to run them, it's not guaranteed that NVDA will be the maker of those chips. IT IS highly likely that TSMC makes them

Here’s my submission Best AI Investment Opportunities for Retail Investors 1. Company/Asset Names Established: •ASML Holding: ASML is critical to AI hardware development as it manufactures advanced photolithography machines for chipmakers like TSMC. Without ASML’s technology, cutting-edge AI chips wouldn’t be possible. •Snowflake (SNOW): Provides cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms that enable AI applications to access and process massive datasets efficiently. Emerging: • UiPath (PATH): A leader in robotic process automation (RPA), enabling companies to integrate AI into workflows. It’s a growing AI-powered automation platform. • SentinelOne (S): Focuses on AI-driven cybersecurity, which is increasingly important as AI expands.
