We don’t exist in a vacuum. No matter how hard you work, external forces come into play, and pushing yourself to the brink for a single outcome leads to burnout

It’s more effective to keep driving forward while respecting your energy limits and using external realities to your advantage

This is such a spot on! I had a few moments where I could feel the pressure going off the scale and somehow found a way to ground myself and let life happen.
