Just learned from my accountant that since I moved from CA to NY in the second half of the year, I need to double pay my CA and NY taxes and then CA will reimburse me the amount I double paid at a later date. What a wild system

Happened to me too when I moved from CA to NY. It sucked but Turbotax handled it for me luckily
