rewards for doing great work shouldn't exclusively depend on votes. 

there's always going to be a place for nouners to decide flows, but ultimately it's a zero-sum attention game prone to collusion and apathy. builder upside should be based in positive sum things that grow the entire flows pie for everyone

stuff like matching pools that incentivize flow level fundraising / zora mints of compiled impact etc. any fun ideas on this front?

Simplest I can think of is a multiplier based on score, that way perhaps you could also get less than your monthly if your not hitting a min req

yeah fair enough, how about a "co-update", some special type of update where if you tag another flow participant it counts as an update for both people (could theoretically be more than just 2) and this applies some kind of "community collaborator" bonus multiplier for X days

i just think this is more of the same issue:

competing via score with other grantees instead of working together to grow the pie
