gm today i ordered a latte and couldn’t taste the coffee enough and according to my barista this is normal and i’ve graduated to cappuccinos and then eventually i won’t taste the coffee enough in those so i’ll reach the boss level of black coffee.

I make a gut decision based on the shop: if I think they know what they’re doing, latte. Otherwise, cappuccino 😂

That’s basically what I do except sub latte for flat white. Basically if their counter is full of torani syrups it’s cappuccino time, with a little suffering on the side.
