Introvert/writer problems:

On days when I have calls booked, it's always a crapshoot whether my brain will be able to shift back into "writing mode" after the call ends so I can get deep work done.

Today's answer: nope. Nice try. Best I can do is this cast.

The struggle is real! 

Some people in my life have a hard time understanding this, but the state of mind I use to do deep work is very different from the one I use interpersonally/verbally. Best to just accept it and block off the rest of the day when I have calls.
