I like the wording of our mission statement "Understand the Universe". To me, "universe" is a metaphor that means "everything," meaning AI knowledge should be all-encompassing. "Understand" means that we are building AI not just for humans, but specifically to advance human understanding.

My sauna + cold-plunge setup has been slightly negative for my fitness overall, because I exercise less. I'll sometimes sauna or cold-plunge *instead of* working out, and I'm constantly fiddling with the setup (I just spent weeks insulating the cold plunge). It's great for community, though. And it's fun.

Indeed, the market is going lower than expected. However, at this moment, when many are panicking and selling, I don't think it is appropriate to become bearish/sell. This is a time to take a distant view and keep a cool head. Wrong for the moment, but holding firm. Time will tell.
