Hmm.. @v or team, 

Are Rewards not updating for some folks? My score has remained the exact same since last night. I took a 2 screenshots this AM & PM... (I exited the app and checked). 

I don't want to be a complainoor, but my competitive streak prevails.

We noticed a few things that we want to address: 

- Giveaways, where people are incentivizing engagement by giving away tokens (instead of posting great content) 

- Farming, where certain accounts are acting in rings to boost other accounts (even if their content isn't unique or interesting). 

A little bit of this is OK - it's fine to give away stuff to your audience and to like things that your friends share in group chats. But we're seeing very obvious farming where the content is obviously unoriginal and getting a disproportionate number of likes from the same accounts. 

The algo this week is going to be adjusted slightly to discount engagement from obvious farming attempts. Scores may be lower in aggregate relative to last week as we make these tweaks.

I wonder if it has something to do with this. I figured things might be wonky this week.

Yeah, I wondered this too... but this behavior seems an odd way to handle it. I haven't incentivized any casts this week (so far!) ;-)

I read it as your score may be wonky because the points people give you may not count anymore because they are triggering this new filter.

lol, nope. Way too stressful. Just regular old casting.
