I’ve been wanting to try this crème brûlée from a local dairy farm near Lake Toya for years. But, it comes in a ballon to keep its shape so you need to be able to pop it and have something to put it in so when I stayed in a hotel, I couldn’t eat it! This time I booked an apartment for one night so that I could get it and try it! It came with “caramel crumbs” which were hard, crunchy pieces of caramel!

It looks amazing, like all the sweets you always share. Japan is definitely one of the places I want to visit. Although sometimes I feel like the language would be my biggest challenge if I had the chance I would go anyway.
