I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.

yeah! I'm going to keep it up at least through my annual physical in May to see how it affects my bloodwork. I got the flu last weekend so I haven't been able to keep up with the exercise component for a few days but I've kept the daily stack going and felt generally (modulo the flu) great. I think the l-theanine has probably had the biggest impact as my energy feels more level throughout the day, not up and down with caffeine and eating. Anything else I think will take a couple months to see the effects of, but certainly it's been no harm so far and it's been easy to keep up with.
