I got fined $50 for getting the wrong train ticket in Paris 😭 I had no idea I bought the wrong one. I purposely didn’t take an uber cuz I told myself if I lugged all my shit on a 1.5 hr train I could use the money instead to subscribe to Apple TV to watch severance s2 😞 

I probably will subscribe but I’m gonna wait a bit and not impulsively subscribe to soothe myself from the fine. And so the rest of the episodes can come out and I can binge watch it lol

That’s terrible and clearly how they make their money. I buy the wrong ticket for something transit related all the time in Japan  (usually express tickets because Google doesn’t tell you that you need one!) and they just reset my transit card and ask me to pay the fare difference!

Once I had them BOW to me because it would be 100 yen (less than $1) extra because I didn’t use the machine. It was MY fault and they apologized to me! 

I think you have every right to be upset. This is some form of extortion and quota meeting for them!
