Oh no! Was it canned? I always assume the can shelf life is a little more than it says but now I’m rethinking this.

It wasn’t canned. It was in an unrefrigerated box thing. So similar.

Oh! I had some shelf stable milk that was within the expiration date and still smelled off to me so I rarely buy it unless I have no choice!

almost all of the milk in spain is the shelf stable kind. It’s almost impossible to buy fresh milk. But usually it’s fine. Just not when it’s been expired for a year i suppose.
