I feel like my reach on Warpcast has been dead recently, I don’t know how to grow here anymore and my engagement keeps going down. I also don’t see any posts from my friends in my home or following feed even though i literally go to their profiles and only engage with their posts. I want to continue creating here but I feel like nobody on the top really cares about me and creators here anymore. Sometimes it feels like screaming into a void. I’m so tired of these cabal games happening here. I want something real. I want to enjoy creating here again and have fun with my friends like on a regular social app. X has honestly been better, even lens with all the bots. I want to put out so much art and content just don’t know where anymore.

I can’t see most of my community because of spam labels with no transparency. I think until I truly own a channel and can control who can post and who is seen, things aren’t going to move in the right direction. Why post if no one can see it? Mt community feels ignored and they aren’t imagining it. I legitimately don’t get notified about their comments so they are just talking to the void. I only remember to go back and check threads a few times. I don’t have the bandwidth to check them hourly just to see if anyone posted. That’s a waste of all of our time.

agree with this, I think the new channel changes have made engaging with my community so much more difficult and tbh I don’t even fully understand how to token gate it with $brunette token yet, the process is so complicated. I also don’t like my home feed or following feed at all, I want to stop seeing posts from the top 100 accounts and see more art but no matter how much I engage with these smaller accounts all i see on my home and following feed is the same 100 accounts. I also think the user experience sucks for new accounts here because like you said they’re just screaming into the void. All the lists are also these accounts. wish these top accounts atleast improved the quality of content they posted to justify all the growth and boost but idk, it just feels like bias at this point. Do you think a new client would solve these issues?

All the clients I like are dead. They can’t compete. I did an experiment where I followed no one. My feed was shit. Now I follow a small group and my feed is still terrible. I still don’t think I see most people even when they post. I see more in Recaster but I can’t easily see who is part of my channel there so it’s not good for managing a community. It’s really frustrating. But must be more frustrating for Cameron who has almost 250,000 followers and 2 of us are talking about this. So maybe we are all suffering with this.

I’ve been using Super and it’s helped a little. I also noticed that when i host rounds, some of the posts that don’t show in the channel still show there so I’ve been manually looking for accounts that are actively posting in my channels and rewarding them. Very inefficient I know but helps and yes it must be so much worse for @cameron . Gonna brainstorm this weekend with other creators and devs here to understand if there even is a solution for this.

you can put any feature requests in Recaster channel, I will try my best to fix it. Right now since I didn't see user growth in Recaster in past 2 month, have to spend more time on newcaster to onboard more people.
