I've been baking more at home lately and still working on bakins cakes/sweets. One thing that really annoys me about Instagram cooking influencers is when they use ridiculous amounts of eggs—like, five whole eggs plus two extra yolks. Seriously? I need those eggs for more than just a chocolate cake! lol My recent chocolate cookie batch:

Trust recipes in books via a great publisher that have been battle tested. The internet lies. Or americas test kitchen. They are fabulous.

Was thinking about this actually, found some old books on the library nearby so will go to check those out. Also I miss the bread and butter you made for breakfast one time, it was supreme. I still remember its taste!
