Since Spam labels are now public, Iβve spent some time looking at things these accounts have in common vs accounts that donβt get labeled and this is my initial advice for people whoβve been labeled. 1. STOP sharing frames. If you didnβt build it, donβt share it. 2. Stop recasting. Instead, quote cast and spell out why you are sharing it. What makes this worthy of being shared? 3. Ensure 80% of your timeline is original content. Donβt steal it from the web, make something unique and genuine. It better to not cast at all than to cast slop. 4. Only reply to people in channels. If someone casts to their home feed and doesnβt follow you, donβt comment. 5. Stop tagging people. They donβt get notified of the tags anyway. Itβs pointless to tag them.

The incentives donβt align. People labeled with spam canβt play these games.

I mean, if it hurts your rank/score to share a frame you didn't create, why would *anyone* want to?

Iβm talking spam labels only. Rewards are a different game.

I understand, but I presume if you're risking being labeled a spammer for sharing frames it probably also doesn't help your rank..
