That’s a growing storm. You can tell that by the cauliflower/whip cream look. The top of it is beginning to look like a mushroom top AKA an anvil. This storm caused a lot of tree damage and power outages there was also 1 inch 2.5cm hail. A dying storm will look shredded, fuzzy wispy topped not that cauliflower look
