While storm chasing we use our phones as a tool to see what we cannot see! ITAP of my granddaughter pointing at what we could only see with our naked eye was a faint cloud lowering to the ground. We could not see the updraft or the anvil above us, but our cameras, iPhones and DSLR with added contrast in post showed this monster coming at us. She quickly got out of the water.
