Easier/better moods. All metrics up, but with deliberate effort. A looming sense time is fleeting. Harder to care for nonsense. Happy to pass the torch.

(That last one has perverse effects even though it feels positive individually. It's easy to disengage completely from the public arena, and let the less experienced or the more manipulative drive the discussion. 30s bring a need to give yourself a kick and force to care, every now and then.)
