I have prompted with something along the lines of, 'c'mon, I know you are better than that. Try again.' which does generally get better results. There was also a study about yelling in all caps at ChatGPT and how it also improved results.

It's wild how useful this is for ChatGPT. I've gotten so many better answers with something like. "You're not listening. read question again and come back with something better. don't be lazy"
